Preventative Insect Protection
What Insects We Target

TICKS
Ticks are active for much of the year and are influenced by temperature, moisture, and habitat. Effective control requires consistent, well-timed treatments to reduce exposure in the areas where people and pets spend time.

MOSQUITOES
Mosquito populations change quickly based on rainfall, humidity, and weather conditions. Ongoing treatment helps manage breeding and adult activity in treated areas, providing more reliable control than one-time applications.

CRAWLING INSECTS
Crawling insects often enter homes through foundations, entry points, and exterior surfaces. Regular exterior treatments help reduce activity around the home and limit indoor intrusion.

Our Products & Approach
Focused on providing a safer, more thoughtful approach to pest control for people, pets, pollinators, and the planet.
We take a targeted approach to treatment focused on areas where ticks, mosquitoes, and crawling insects live and rest, while avoiding direct application to flowering plants whenever possible to help minimize impact on beneficial insects, pollinators, and the surrounding environment.
Our primary programs use botanical, plant based treatments made from ingredients such as rosemary, mint, clove, cedar, lemongrass, and geraniol. Many of these products qualify as EPA 25(b) minimum risk pesticides.
Organic cedar oil treatments are also available upon request for an additional $10 per treatment.
Some properties with unusually high pest pressure or persistent activity may benefit from additional treatment approaches. Minimal risk conventional treatment options may also be available upon request or recommendation depending on property conditions and customer preference.
How Our Service Works
Exterior Treatments
Treatments are applied to your yard perimeter and high use areas for ticks and mosquitoes, and to the home perimeter to deter crawling insects, based on your selected program.
In general, ticks are not commonly found in lawn areas during the summer months.
Our Premium Program includes four lawn treatments during the cooler months to help target ticks and other small biting insects, including no-see-ums, gnats, and biting midges, that may rest or remain active within lawn and grass areas during cooler weather.
Seasonal Protection
Our programs begin in March and continue through November to provide season long protection. Starting early helps reduce pest populations before peak season, while late season treatments remain important because ticks and other insects stay active well into the fall.
Service Schedule
Initial service will be followed by a second treatment within 2 to 3 weeks to help establish protection,
especially for properties starting later in the season.
Remaining treatments are performed every 3 weeks, weather permitting and based on your town route schedule.
Two week service rotation is also available upon request.
Preventative Maintenance
Our services are designed as an ongoing preventative maintenance program intended to help reduce and deter pest activity around the property over time. Because insects are part of the outdoor environment and are constantly reintroduced by nature, weather, wildlife, and neighboring properties,
no service can guarantee complete elimination or permanent eradication of all pest activity.
These services are not intended as curative treatments for active infestations or structural pest issues.
Service Calls
Free service calls are available upon request for increased activity between treatments.
